Korean Fusion Cuisine | TOV curry and wing

As the owner and operator of TOV Curry & Wing, located at 2450 S Vista Ave in Boise, Idaho, I opened our doors in February 2026 to bring a fresh, comforting dining experience to the community. We take pride in serving a diverse menu featuring customer favorites like katsu curry, chicken katsu bowls, crispy fried chicken wings with a variety of signature sauces, Korean ramyun, tteokbokki, bibimbap, and refreshing boba drinks. Beyond our core menu, I love offering homemade touches, including traditional side dishes and beverages like kkakdugi, oi-muchim, and authentic, scratch-made sikhye and sujeonggwa. To ensure our guests can enjoy our food wherever they are, we utilize platforms like Heartland POS, Chowbus, DoorDash, Uber Eats, and Grubhub, alongside our dedicated Wix online ordering website. Building and growing TOV Curry & Wing has been an incredible journey, and I’m so excited to keep serving our wonderful Boise neighborhood.

Craving something warm and hearty? Our Katsu & Curry Bowls are the heart of TOV. Pick pork, chicken, fish, tempura shrimp or tofu. Each cutlet is coated in crisp panko and fried golden, then served over fluffy rice with a generous pour of our house Japanese curry and a side of cool, crunchy coleslaw. The magic is in the contrast: a crackling coating, silky curry and tender filling in every forkful. Still hungry? Add an extra scoop of curry or a second katsu cutlet on the side. It's the kind of meal that feels like a warm hug in a bowl, perfect for chilly Idaho evenings or any day you need real comfort food.

At TOV, the fun doesn't stop at curry. Our wings come out hot and crispy, made to order in 6, 10, 15 or 20 pieces, all the way up to 40-piece trays for game day and group gatherings. In the mood for Korean flavors? Try the savory-sweet Bulgogi Bowl or the fiery Spicy Pork Spare Bowl, or upgrade to a dosirak lunch box. Our bibimbap comes loaded with colorful vegetables, ground beef, a fried egg and gochujang. Ttokbokki brings chewy rice cakes with boiled egg and fish cake.
